Okay, first off this Minimoog Model D is in fairly rough condition. She powers up just fine but has issues. This should be considered a bit of a refurbishing project and NOT a "ready-to-play" piece. The electronics section is not connected to the keyboard body, so a new hinge assembly would have to be installed. It outputs audio but some of the controllers seem pretty sketchy. I'm not a keyboard tech but my guess would be that she needs a re-capping to start. The serial number is "4002"
